- In a nonstick kadhai add butter.Add one bay leaf.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic
- Stir them till golden brown.
- Add chopped spinach.
- Mix well.Add salt..
- Saute for 2 minutes.Allow it cool.
- Discard the bay leaf.And blend the spinach with water for a smooth puree.
- Now transfer the puree to the same kadhai.
- Add half cup milk
- And sugar
- Check the seasoning.If required add more salt.
- Let the puree boiled for 2 minutes..
- Add cornflour (mix with water).
- Add crushed black pepper and fresh cream(optional)
- Turn off the flame.
- Serve this healthy green soup piping hot.
