  7. Prepare 2 cups diced mushrooms

  9. Take 12 bag fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  10. Take Salt and pepper to taste and 1 tbsp garlic powder
  11. Get Serve with Parmesan cheese

Instructions to make Cubby’s skillet:
  1. Brown the ground Turkey and onion in the olive oil. Add seasoning.
  2. Once cooked through, add the broth and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and add rice. Cook for 18 min til absorbed and stir often
  3. Once rice is cooked through and add a little more broth if needed and add the cheese and cream of mushroom. Stir til melted and fold in steamed peas.
  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese
