Steps to make Dad's Chili:
  1. In a large skillet, heat on medium/high, melt a small pat of butter. Add the chopped onion, chopped celery and hamburger.
  2. In a separate large kettle, empty in the cans of tomato soup, diced tomato chilies, kidney beans, green chilies, tomato sauce.
  3. Once the burger is browned, drain grease and mix in chili mix ingredients. When that's hot, add it to kettle. Let simmer 20-30 minutes
  4. Prepare macaroni and serve over if you prefer. Top with diced onion, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Serve with crackers.
