- Good with sliced up French bread with little butter spreaded on it
- Can be made in crockpot or pan
You can use regular yellow onion in the soup recipe. Cook and stir until the beef is evenly browned and no longer pink. Drain, and discard any excess grease. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, melt remaining butter. Add to soup; bring to a boil.
