- Can be made in crockpot or pan

In a large pot over medium high heat, saut E the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning, soup, water, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery and beans. Cook and stir until the beef is evenly browned and no longer pink. Drain, and discard any excess grease.
