Remove the pot from the heat and drain off as much fat as you can. (Discard the fat once it cools.) Return the pot to the heat and add the rest of the ingredients.

Instructions to make Hamburger Soup:
  1. In large skillet heat oil. Cook onion, carrots, pepper and celery stirring until starts soften.
  2. Add beef and cook 3 min. until barely pink. Add seasoning and salt and cook 1 min.
  3. Pour in stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in coconut flour and simmer for 10 min. or until veggies are softened.

Drain, and discard any excess grease. Remove the pot from the heat and drain off as much fat as you can. (Discard the fat once it cools.) Return the pot to the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Brown hamburg in large pan breaking up into medium pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients. For a burger soup, you can't have a clear chicken broth.
