- Take 1 can diced tomato

- When the meat is done strain off any grease using a colander lined with paper towel. Then add it to the soup along with the diced tomato, and pickle. Simmer on low for about a half hour or until the pickles soften.
Cut the cream cheese into small bits and add it to the pot that contains the beef. Add the tomato paste, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir this mixture as the cream cheese melts and the beef is mixed together into a nice, thick, flavorful sauce. Pour in the beef broth and the heavy cream and reduce the heat to medium-low. In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion.
