Saute onions, green bell peppers, and garlic in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add chicken, taco seasoning mix, salsa, vegetables, beans, tomato paste, and chicken broth.

  1. Add canned corn (keep fluid) to crockpot
  2. Add everything else into crockpot except jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream. Drain black beans. Stir
  3. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours

  5. Serve with jalapenos, cheese, and sour cream on top to your taste
