Take out the tofu and in the same pan prepare the chili garlic sauce. Use a silicone spatula to gently toss the tofu until it is evenly coated. Sprinkle the cornstarch on top, then fold again until evenly distributed. Add rest of ingredients (beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, carrots, and chili powder).
