- Take 300 gms Firm Tofu (cubed)
- Take 3 cups Vegetable Stock
- Make ready 1⁄2 cup water
The mushrooms are cultivated on a natural substrate of corn husks and oak chips, in pristine and ideal conditions. Brush off any dirt from the mushrooms with a pastry brush or a dish towel.
