- Take 1 tbsp , turmeric powder
- Make ready 1⁄4 cup , oil

- Make ready 2 ,tomatoes (paste)
- Make ready 4-5 , green chilli (paste)
- Prepare 1 tesp , ginger paste
Ladle it in a soup bowl and garnish it with ginger julienne and coriander leaves. - Now add dry ingredients and cook on medium heat for few seconds then add water and cook on high heat until becomes boiling.
- Now add soaked rice and cover with lid and cook on medium high heat until water drained. Then cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Turmeric rice ready for serve.
It's good to use chicken with bones to make clear soup as the bones add a lot of flavors. To it, add the bay leaf and peppercorns. Once the chicken is cooked, strain the broth into another pot.
